Head of Supply and Consumables Department

A product adtech team in Fintech and Crypto is looking for a department head to lead the consumables departments for Facebook, Google, and native sources. The role includes performance management, strategic development, team management, and partner network development.

What you'll do

• Lead three main consumables departments for FB, Google, and Native
• Ensure stable delivery speed of accounts and other consumables from suppliers
• Set up and develop the account preparation direction
• Secure the best terms from partners for top-ups and services
• Develop the partner network
• Research the market and trends
• Ensure KPI achievement and business unit self-sufficiency
• Work for the main client — own media buying, then external market

What we need

• Deep understanding of anti-detect browsers, proxies, cookies, payment systems, Google, Facebook, and Native Ads
• Proactivity and ability to take responsibility without waiting for a brief
• Skill in managing both large and small teams
• Ability to build processes from scratch and willingness to get hands-on when needed
• Good knowledge of the supplier market, contacts in agencies
• Willingness to quickly expand the partner network where it doesn't exist yet
