Client Support Specialist (Forex)
Employer Location —Comp Bonus $500 for training, after training base rate + % of client deposits
We are looking for a specialist to conduct online trading training for clients and accompany them until registration and first deposit. Fully remote work, 1-month training with a mentor.
What you'll do
- Conduct online trading training sessions for clients
- Accompany clients until registration and first deposit
- Gradually lead client meetings independently
What we need
- Understanding of Forex / stock market
- Knowledge of basic terminology
- Clear speech, pleasant voice, and high level of empathy
Nice to have
- Trading experience
- Call center experience
