Affiliate Manager (iGaming / Gambling)

International iGaming company is looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop the affiliate direction in Tier-1 GEO. The role involves attracting and developing partners, working with CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models, and participating in iGaming conferences. Format: first 3 months remote, then relocation to the office in Prague.

What you'll do

• Attraction and development of affiliate partners (webmasters, media buyers, SEO partners)
• Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid monetization models
• Management and optimization of traffic in Tier-1 GEO
• Analysis of partner performance and improvement of performance KPIs
• Participation in international iGaming conferences and development of the partner network
• Interaction with marketing and analytics teams

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Experience with Tier-1 GEO
• English B1+ (business communication)
• Strong performance orientation and analytical approach
