Team Lead / Head of Buying (Binary Options)

We are looking for a strong TL / Head of Buying / experienced buyer to build and develop their own unit in Binary Options (other verticals considered). The employer provides funding, infrastructure, analytics, and support. The candidate must have strong experience in Binary Options, understanding of RevShare and CPA models, and willingness to work with any geo.

What you'll do

• Build and develop your own unit in Binary Options
• Take responsibility for the entire unit and its results
• Manage traffic buying and ensure quality over the long term

What we need

• Strong experience in Binary Options
• Understanding of RevShare model and long-term traffic quality
• Understanding of CPA format
• Experience managing a team and building a unit
