Team Lead — Horoscopes / Esoterics

We are looking for a Team Lead to organize traffic handlers in the esoterics vertical. Our arbitration team with 3+ years of experience is actively developing tarot and esoterics. Remote work, fixed salary $3000 + bonuses.

What you'll do

• Organization of traffic handlers team (RD / FD).
• Setting up and optimizing sales funnels (tariffs, checklists, scripts, CRM).
• Monitoring application processing, employee motivation and team development.
• Analysis of funnel efficiency, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Working with scripts, objections, and handling large client deposits.
• Ensuring KPI compliance and achieving team financial goals.

What we need

• Experience with incoming traffic and arbitrage.
• Experience in team management and employee development.
• Deep understanding of different sales funnel types (warm traffic, cold leads, cross-selling).
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Empathy and ability to build trusting dialogue.
• Responsibility, stress tolerance, result orientation.
• PC/laptop and stable internet connection.
