Payments Manager (Middle)

A multi-brand product IT company in the iGaming sector is looking for a systematic specialist to control and ensure the smooth operation of all payment operations of the project. The role includes transaction monitoring, operational management of payment channels, user support, and interaction with risk management and Compliance.

What you'll do

• Transaction monitoring: control of deposits and withdrawals, prompt processing of payment operations.
• Operational management: traffic switching, timely enabling and disabling of payment channels depending on their performance.
• User support: advising clients on payment statuses, limits, and conditions.
• Security: identifying suspicious activities and forwarding data to risk management and Compliance departments.
• Reporting: managing tickets and filling reports on key metrics.

What we need

• Experience in the gambling industry
• Proficiency in CRM, databases, and data analysis skills
• Tools: MS Office, Google Workspace, Jira, PowerBI
• Skills in clear reporting and business correspondence
• Multitasking, high responsibility, organization, and perseverance
