Team Lead of Media Buying (FB)

The employer is looking for a strong Team Lead of media buying for Facebook, with experience working with CIS investors, mainly targeting Uzbekistan. Priority is having a ready team of 2-3 buyers. Projects consistently generate profit and need scaling.

What you'll do

• Managing a team of media buyers (2-3 people)
• Finding and testing new combinations
• Scaling projects by spend
• Motivating and developing the team

What we need

• Proven experience with Facebook for at least 3 years
• Experience as a Team Lead for at least 1 year
• Experience in lead generation/investments is mandatory
• Mandatory experience working with CIS geo
• Understanding of scheme traffic and gray verticals
• Ability to independently find and test new combinations
• Skills in managing, motivating and developing a team
• Result orientation and systematic approach to work
