Affiliate Manager (Turkey)

An iGaming company is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to grow and manage partnerships in the Turkish (TR/AZ) market. Responsibilities: acquiring new partners, optimizing traffic performance, analyzing key metrics (FTD, NGR, ROI), building long-term relationships. Requirements: 2+ years in iGaming, strong negotiation skills, Turkish language proficiency, own affiliate base.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming as an Affiliate Manager
• Fluency in Turkish
• Own affiliate base in the Turkish market
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience with FTD, NGR, ROI metrics

Nice to have

• Experience with CPA and RevShare models
• Knowledge of English
