Senior / Affiliate Team Lead

The company is seeking a Senior / Affiliate Team Lead to develop the affiliate network in the African market. Fully remote.

What you'll do

• Develop the affiliate direction for Franco Africa
• Manage and strengthen the team's work
• Attract and develop partners: cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers, websites
• Control traffic quality, FTD / Regs, ROI, LTV
• Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Analyze traffic, competitors and find growth opportunities

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate in a similar role
• Strong experience with affiliate traffic
• Understanding of FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV, baseline, wager
• Experience in team management and negotiation
• English at least B1 level
• Experience with capper traffic (especially important)
