Payments Manager (Middle)

A multi-brand product IT company in the iGaming sector is looking for a systematic and attentive specialist to take control of debugging and ensuring the smooth operation of all payment operations of the project. Work is remote, location outside Russia and Belarus.

What you'll do

• Monitor transactions: control the processing of deposits and withdrawals, promptly handle payment operations.
• Operationally manage payments: switch traffic, enable and disable payment channels in a timely manner depending on their performance.
• Advise users on payment statuses, limits, and conditions.
• Identify suspicious activities and pass data to risk management and compliance departments.
• Manage tickets and fill out reports on key metrics.

What we need

• Experience in the gambling sector.
• Proficiency in CRM, databases, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, Jira, PowerBI.
• Ability to produce clear reports and conduct business correspondence.
• Multitasking, responsibility, organization, and perseverance.
