Recruiter

A the company is looking for a recruiter to source and interview candidates, onboard new employees, and handle NDA and Job Offer signing. Requires 1+ year of HR/recruiting experience in traffic arbitrage or digital, plus an existing base of arbitrage chats and groups.

• Existing base of arbitrage chats and groups
• Understanding of Junior / Middle buyer levels
• Strong communication skills
