Reddit Growth / Organic Traffic Specialist

An international team with experience in creator/adult and performance marketing is launching a new AI direction. We are looking for a Reddit traffic specialist to scale organic promotion. We expect an insider understanding of Reddit: accounts, warming, karma, subreddits, bans, shadowban, proxy/anti-detect.

What you'll do

• Managing and warming Reddit accounts
• Finding and analyzing target subreddits
• Publishing content and testing approaches
• Working with karma and realistic account behavior
• Reducing risks of bans and shadowbans
• Scaling working combinations
• Reporting on traffic and clicks

What we need

• Experience with Reddit traffic / organic growth
• Understanding of Reddit mechanics, bans and limitations
• Experience with proxies, anti-detect, aged accounts
• Understanding of account farming and warming
• Arbitrage / performance mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in adult / creator / affiliate verticals
