Media Buyer (Facebook, Gambling)
Employer —Location —Comp Profit share, no cap
The team is scaling its Facebook vertical and is looking for a strong media buyer with 2+ years of gambling experience. Work with Tier 1–3 GEOs, full autonomy, growth path to Team Lead. Compensation — profit share with no cap.
What we need
- 2+ years of Facebook gambling experience with proven results
- Deep understanding of Facebook auction, learning phase, optimization signals
- Experience with trackers — setup from scratch
- Proficient with agency accounts and antidetect tools
- Systematic thinking, discipline in stop and scaling rules
- Willingness to grow into Team Lead and build a team
Nice to have
- Own network of buyers, recruiters, agents
- Experience in process building and mentoring
- Understanding of retention tools (push, reactivation, LTV analytics)
