Media Buyer TikTok / Google Demand Gen

A performance marketing company is looking for media buyers for two tracks — TikTok Ads and Google Demand Gen — to generate leads for the US market in the Auto Insurance vertical. Work is strictly white hat, in collaboration with an AI creative team, with budgets and infrastructure fully provided. Candidates may apply for one track or both.

What you'll do

• Launch and scale campaigns on lead-gen offers (US)
• Test creatives, audiences and bidding strategies, find winning combinations
• Work alongside AI creatives: give feedback on hooks and formats
• Monitor metrics: CPL, ROI, CTR, hook rate, creative fatigue
• Scale what works and quickly cut what doesn't

What we need

• Real experience in TikTok Ads and/or Google Demand Gen (YouTube, Discover, Gmail) on US traffic
• Experience in lead-gen or financial verticals: insurance, finance, debt relief, lending
• Understanding of platform policies and moderation for financial offers in white hat
• Comfort with numbers: unit economics, attribution, knowing when to scale and when to cut
• Case studies with spend and results (CPL, ROI)

Nice to have

• Experience in Auto Insurance
• Experience working with affiliate networks and postbacks
• Experience in both TikTok and Google simultaneously
