A team working in the field of scheme traffic is looking for an HR specialist who can find strong people, quickly fill vacancies, and understands the specifics of the arbitrage market. Full-cycle recruitment, active sourcing via Telegram and niche communities, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate database.
What we need
- At least 6 months of recruitment experience in traffic arbitrage / affiliate marketing
- Understanding of arbitrage team structure and specifics of scheme traffic
- Active candidate sourcing and cold outreach skills
- Ability to quickly assess candidates and identify strong specialists
- Independence, responsibility, and result orientation
