Retention / CRM Manager

We are looking for a strong CRM/Retention Manager with 2+ years of experience in iGaming, who deeply knows Customer io and can build retention mechanics. Work remotely, relocation to Cyprus possible.

What you'll do

• Segmentation, trigger chains, Broadcast, Liquid, Email/SMS/Web Push/APK Push
• Bonus and reactivation campaigns, A/B tests and analytics of LTV, ARPU, Churn

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming
• Knowledge of Customer io

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier-2/Tier-3 GEO, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan
• Experience with APK Push
