New investment iGaming project for Canada with a budget of $20M+ over 3 years. Monobrand, single GEO, single affiliate model. Long-term brand with value and reputation. Develop and manage CRM/Retention strategy, set up CRM chains, control outsourcing (support/retention), VIP direction and calls, analytics, reports and forecasts.

What we need

• Experience in CRM/Retention from 1 year
• Analytics and process management
• Understanding of KPIs and retention metrics
