Retention Manager

New investment iGaming project for Canada with $20M+ budget over 3 years. Looking for a Retention Manager to develop CRM/Retention strategy, set up CRM chains, handle VIP direction and analytics.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage CRM/Retention strategy
• Set up CRM chains and work with platforms
• Manage outsourced support/retention
• VIP direction and call-outs
• Analytics, reports and forecasts

What we need

• At least 1 year of CRM/Retention experience
• Analytics and process management skills
• Understanding of KPIs and retention metrics

Nice to have

• Experience with Customer.io, Bad Care
