Senior Motion Designer

We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to create creatives in traffic arbitrage. Requires 1+ year experience, motion design tools, AI tools, and lip sync skills. Offers remote work, flexible schedule, and salary $1500 + KPI.

What you'll do

• Create top-tier creatives from scratch to final render
• Work with lip sync, footage, deepfakes, compositing, dynamics, and lighting
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) in production
• Search for footage/editing material
• Collaborate with all departments

What we need

• Experience in traffic arbitrage from 1 year
• Confident use of motion design tools from idea to final render
• Lip sync skills (speech synchronization with video)
• Skills in effective use of neural networks and AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) in production
• Ability to quickly adapt to tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team
• Willingness to provide a portfolio
