Head of Affiliates (iGaming)

We are looking for a strong Head of Affiliates who can join the project as an independent reinforcement, help set up processes, and take ownership of the result.

What you'll do

• Managing the current affiliate team
• Auditing and improving processes
• Hiring team members when necessary
• Launching and scaling new GEOs
• Developing the affiliate direction through SEO, influencers, brand / non-paid sources
• Working with analytics and evaluating performance in numbers
• Finding new growth points and scaling directions

What we need

• Experience in a Head position in iGaming
• Experience working with CIS or Tier 2/3 GEOs
• Ability to build processes, not just complete tasks manually
• Strong analytics: understanding of metrics, channel effectiveness, results in numbers
• Independence, proactivity, and willingness to take responsibility for the direction
