Retention Manager

A large iGaming holding (3 brands, over 15 years on the market) is looking for an experienced Retention Manager to develop the African market (focus on Kenya and Tanzania). The role includes developing retention strategy, managing player lifecycle, CRM communications, and analytics.

What you'll do

• Development and implementation of retention strategy
• Managing player lifecycle (onboarding, reactivation, loyalty)
• CRM communications: push / SMS / email / in-app
• Working with bonuses and VIP mechanics
• Segmentation, A/B testing, analytics
• Growing key metrics: Retention, LTV, ARPU

What we need

• Experience in Retention / CRM of 2+ years
• Mandatory experience in iGaming with African GEOs (focus on Kenya and Tanzania)
• Analytical mindset, result-oriented
• English from B2
