A the company (3 brands, over 15 years on the market) is looking for an experienced retention manager to develop the department for African geos. The specialist will develop a retention strategy, manage the player lifecycle, handle CRM communications, bonuses and VIP mechanics, as well as analytics and A/B testing.
What we need
- Experience in Retention / CRM from 2 years
- Mandatory experience in iGaming with African geos (focus on Kenya and Tanzania)
- Analytical approach, result-oriented
- English from B2
