UGC / UBT Specialist

The company is an iGaming provider creating crash games and launching new directions. We are launching a UBT direction and looking for a specialist who can build it from scratch and independently manage the entire process — from account farming and content creation to finding working connections and scaling them.

What you'll do

• Create, warm up and maintain accounts: anti-detect browsers, proxies, consumables, dealing with bans
• Come up with ideas and formats for Reels for crash games and slots
• Write hooks, scripts and technical specifications for videos
• Find and coordinate UGC creators who will record reactions, reviews and gameplay, or do it yourself
• Control content quality and meet deadlines
• Regularly publish content on accounts
• Analyze retention, reach, clicks and other key metrics
• Find working connections and scale the best ones

What we need

• Practical experience with UBT on Instagram in the last 6-12 months in the iGaming niche
• Understanding of algorithms and factors affecting recommendations and reach
• Experience with account farming and warming, anti-detect browsers, proxies and bans
• Knowledge of how to build a systematic content pipeline: from idea and script to publication and analytics
• Experience in finding and managing UGC creators: setting tasks, controlling deadlines and quality
• Understanding of current trends and promotion methods, willingness to constantly test new approaches
