Game Mathematician / RNG & Economy Designer

An iGaming company is looking for a Game Mathematician to design mathematical models for fast games, instant win, and RNG-based titles. The role involves calculating RTP, house edge, volatility, running large-scale simulations, and designing secure RNG systems. Strong mathematical background and iGaming experience are required.

What you'll do

• Design mathematical models (RTP, house edge, volatility)
• Calculate expected value, distributions, tails
• Balance payout frequency/size and engagement
• Run large-scale simulations (10⁶–10⁷)
• Design RNG without exploitable patterns
• Prevent abuse (betting strategies, grids, bots)
• Explain the math to product and backend teams

What we need

• Strong probability theory, expected value, variance
• Real experience in iGaming / fast games / betting
• Understanding of RTP vs volatility and project financial risks
• Simulations (Python / R / Matlab)
• Experience with F2P economies + anti-fraud/anti-abuse
