Head / Team Lead Farm

The employer is looking for a head of the farm department in traffic arbitrage who will build an excess of high-quality consumables (accounts) at the lowest market cost. In September the team closed a record $2.1kk profit, with accounts as the scaling bottleneck. The role involves managing a 40-person department and scaling account production.

What you'll do

• Own the entire farm department (currently 40 people: farmers, setup specialists, support, team leads)
• Scale account production to match team growth
• Reduce cost per unit while maintaining quality at intake and output
• Test warm-up hypotheses, grow trust and account lifespan
• Build a reserve of external suppliers for storm scenarios

What we need

• More than two years in traffic arbitrage (FB + Crypto/Nutra)
• Personally built a farm and managed a team of farmers
• Infrastructure budgets of $10K+/month
• Ability to work with limits, Video Selfie and FB antifraud
• Decisions based on numbers, not feelings

• A ready-made solution (team + top accounts) will be an advantage
