Team Lead Facebook Account Farming

We are looking for a Team Lead to build and scale an in-house pipeline for producing long-living Facebook accounts with $250+ limits in traffic arbitrage (Crypto/Nutra).

What you'll do

• Build and scale the company's own pipeline for producing long-living Facebook accounts with $250+ limits.
• Take full ownership of the farming department's operations.
• Manage the team.
• Work on reducing account cost, optimize expenses, and find more efficient solutions.
• Test new warming hypotheses, increase account trust and lifespan for aggressive ad delivery.
• Monitor infrastructure.

What we need

• More than one year in traffic arbitrage (FB + Crypto/Nutra).
• Did not buy accounts but built farming in-house.
• Deep understanding of BM2500, account warming, trust, limits, ID/Video Selfie verification, and Facebook anti-fraud logic.
• Has already managed a team of farmers or an entire farming department.
• Worked with budgets of $10K+ per month on infrastructure and consumables.
