Sales Manager (LATAM | B2C | Trading Education | Spanish)

An international online trading academy based in Spain is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the LATAM market. The role involves communicating with warm inbound leads in Spanish, selling educational products, and managing CRM records. The position is fully remote with a full-time schedule aligned with LATAM time zone.

What you'll do

• Communicating in Spanish with warm inbound leads via text (no cold calls).
• Chatting with clients in Spanish, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
• Selling the company's educational products and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Developing deep product knowledge and becoming a trusted advisor for prospective clients.
• Maintaining CRM records and following internal sales processes.
• Supporting future outbound initiatives as the LATAM direction continues to scale.

What we need

• Experience in Forex, Crypto, Binary Options, or Info Business.
• Must-have experience working with the LATAM market.
• Strong B2C sales experience, preferably selling high-ticket products or services.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with clients in Spanish via text messages is required.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Willingness to work according to the LATAM time zone.
• Availability to occasionally respond to urgent client inquiries during weekends.
