CRM manager

The company (under NDA) is an international product company building a multiplayer entertainment online platform in live-games and gambling. We are looking for CRM managers of various levels. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Preparing and managing the communication plan
• Testing and calibration of current communication channels (email/sms/push/WhatsApp/Telegram/voice channels)
• Monitoring key metrics (deliverability/open rate/click-through/conversions)
• Monitoring technical condition of channels
• Budgeting of communications

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in CRM marketing in a relevant role
• Experience building an omnichannel user communication system
• Proficient in Excel
• Basic understanding of HTML email layout
• Experience with customer.io, Bloomreach, Emarsys or similar platforms

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming is a plus but not required
