Call Center Operator (iGaming)

We are looking for a call center operator to make outbound calls on a ready-made database. The goal is to convert cold leads into active players. We offer a fixed salary of $500/month + $12 per successful deposit, 5/2 schedule with floating weekends, 9-hour shifts.

What we need

• Strong phone sales and objection handling skills
• Ability to capture attention within the first seconds of a call
• Ability to listen and quickly read client emotions
• High work pace and result orientation
• Russian language — fluent (native)

Nice to have

• Experience in sales or iGaming
