Outbound Sales Representative (iGaming)

We are looking for an outbound sales representative in iGaming. The main goal is to convert cold leads into active players using prepared scripts. We need resilience, improvisation skills, and high work capacity.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls on a ready-made database
• Grab attention in the first 15-30 seconds and identify needs
• Work with proven scripts while being able to improvise
• Handle objections: turn 'not interested' into a successful deposit
• Present bonuses and position yourself as an expert assistant

What we need

• Resilience to rejection, don't give up after the first couple of 'no's
• Ability to seize initiative and use objections to continue the conversation
• Quick adaptation, listening skills, and emotional intelligence
• Ability to maintain high call tempo throughout the shift

Nice to have

• Experience in sales or iGaming
