Support Specialist (Trader Support)

An international fintech project is looking for a support specialist to assist traders. Fully remote work, geo — Ukraine. Candidates must be located outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

What you'll do

• Support traders in their daily work
• Handle incoming requests and help resolve work issues
• Interact with related teams
• Work with Google Sheets, CRM, and internal systems
• Monitor data accuracy and maintain order in processes

What we need

• Competent and confident communication
• Attentiveness and responsibility
• Ability to respond quickly to tasks
• Willingness to work in a multitasking mode
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
• Desire to learn and grow quickly

Nice to have

• Experience in support, back-office, or fintech
• Experience with CRM
• Understanding of operational or payment processes
• Experience interacting with traders / P2P
• Knowledge of Ukrainian
