Senior CRM Specialist

A fast-growing the company is looking for a Senior/Lead CRM specialist with growth potential to Head of CRM. Full ownership of CRM strategy, content, infrastructure (Smartico), analytics, and bonus mechanics. Reports directly to COO, works closely with C-level.

What we need

• 3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming (casino/crypto casino)
• Experience with Smartico or similar CRM platforms
• Fluent English (writing promotional copy)
• Analytics skills: LTV, ARPU, cohort analysis, BI tools
• Experience designing and calculating bonus mechanics

Nice to have

• Team management experience
• Knowledge of crypto segment and crypto casino specifics
