Senior/Lead CRM Specialist

A fast-growing crypto-casino project is looking for a Senior/Lead CRM specialist with growth potential to Head of CRM. Startup culture, direct reporting to COO. Responsibilities include CRM strategy, multi-channel communications, Smartico setup, analytics, and bonus mechanics.

What you'll do

• Strategy and content: multi-channel from onboarding to VIP (Email, Push, TG), independent writing of promo texts in English
• Infrastructure: full setup and management of all CRM flows in Smartico
• Analytics: LTV, ARPU, cohorts, and setup of automated reports in BI
• Bonus economy: development and calculation of mechanics (free spins, cashback, missions)
• Direct product impact: achieving Retention benchmarks

What we need

• Experience with CRM systems (Smartico or similar)
• Experience writing promo texts in English
• Analytical skills (LTV, ARPU, cohorts)
• Understanding of iGaming bonus economy
• Experience with crypto projects
