Product Lead (Billing)

We are looking for a Product Lead to develop payment infrastructure in multi-geo. The role includes managing the payment gateway, cash metrics, anti-fraud, KYC, and interaction with PSPs. Requires a data-driven approach and team management experience.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage the payment gateway in multi-geo
• Own cash metrics: conversion, approve rate, stability
• Prioritize hypotheses and drive growth through a data-driven approach
• Optimize anti-fraud, KYC, and payout processes
• Develop and integrate alternative payment methods
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS requirements
• Interact with PSPs and external providers
• Manage the product team and develop the stream
• Form the roadmap and be responsible for results

What we need

• Experience as Product Lead / Head / Stream Lead
• Expertise in payments / billing / fintech / iGaming
• Experience working with PSPs and payment providers
• Strong data-driven approach and work with metrics
• Experience managing a team and stakeholders
• Understanding of A/B tests and product analytics
• Technical foundation: API, architecture, event-based analytics

Nice to have

• Experience with anti-fraud and KYC
• Experience in multi-geo products
• Understanding of regulations
