Head of SEO

The company is hiring a Head of SEO / SEO partner with strong hands-on experience in competitive niches. The role involves building growth systems for organic traffic and revenue, managing multiple teams, and scaling projects. Mandatory iGaming experience and proven growth cases are required.

What you'll do

• Form and implement SEO strategy for highly competitive niches
• Manage multiple teams/departments
• Scale projects and launch new sites/directions
• Monitor key metrics: traffic, rankings, revenue, ROI
• Build processes
• Analyze competitors and find growth opportunities
• Quickly respond to updates and traffic drops

What we need

• 5+ years in SEO, including at least 2 years as Head of SEO
• Mandatory experience in iGaming
• Experience managing teams or multiple SEO directions
• Proven growth cases (traffic / revenue)
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, link building, site structure
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Understanding how SEO impacts revenue, not just rankings
