Affiliate Manager / Scout

The company is looking for an Affiliate Manager / Scout to attract new partners and scale traffic sources for iGaming projects. Income is a percentage of net revenue plus bonuses, fully remote.

What you'll do

• Find and attract webmasters, traffic arbitrage teams, and agencies
• Conduct negotiations, present the platform, and support partner onboarding
• Negotiate partnership terms (CPA, CPL, RevShare)
• Analyze the market, competitors, and find new lead generation channels

What we need

• 1+ year experience in Affiliate Marketing or B2B sales
• Understanding of the CPA market, monetization models, and traffic sources (Facebook, Google, TikTok, ASO, SEO)
• Own contact base for a quick start
• Ability to build long-term partnerships
