Tech Lead (iOS / WebView)

The company is looking for a Tech Lead (iOS / WebView) to lead a team of 6 iOS developers. The main goal is to ensure architectural uniqueness of each app to improve survival in the App Store. Requires experience with an app factory, WKWebView, AppsFlyer, and AI tools.

What you'll do

• Lead 6 iOS developers
• Make each app architecturally unique (code, frameworks, network behavior, WebView)
• Generate hypotheses, conduct A/B tests for survival
• Implement automation and AI in development
• Work with AppsFlyer and attribution
• Create documentation for quick onboarding

What we need

• Real experience in WebView iOS - not theory
• Understanding how Apple detects patterns
• App factory - from 50 submissions/month
• WKWebView - deep, not just 'open URL'
• AppsFlyer - hands-on
• Team management
