What we need
- Practical experience with TikTok Ads for at least 6 months
- Personal experience managing a budget of $1,000+ per day
- Recent case studies (within the last few months), preferably for Tier-1
- Experience in Invest / Finance / Crypto verticals
- Solid understanding of scaling, account warm-up, and TikTok moderation specifics
