Affiliate Manager - AI companion / AI girlfriend

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for a fast-growing Adult AI product targeting the international market. Responsibilities: finding and onboarding partners, developing CPA/RevShare affiliate programs, performance analysis. Conditions: remote work, fixed salary + commission.

What you'll do

• Find and onboard new partners, webmasters, influencers, and traffic teams.
• Develop the affiliate program: CPA, RevShare, hybrid models.
• Conduct negotiations, agree on terms, and control traffic quality.
• Analyze partner performance: registrations, payments, CAC, LTV, ROI.
• Scale profitable sources and cut off low-quality traffic.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate / performance marketing.
• Experience with adult / AI partner verticals.
• Ability to independently find partners and bring them to launch.
• Own base of partners, webmasters, or networks.
