Affiliate Manager
Employer —Location —Comp fixed + percentage of results + growth bonus
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for a fast-growing Adult AI product targeting the international market. Responsibilities: find and onboard new partners, develop the affiliate program (CPA, RevShare, hybrid models), negotiate, control traffic quality, analyze partner performance, scale profitable sources.
What we need
- 1+ year experience in affiliate / performance marketing
- Experience with adult / AI partner verticals
- Ability to independently find partners and bring them to launch
- Own base of partners / webmasters / networks
