Head of Affiliates

An innovative iGaming company working with crypto technologies is looking for a Head of Affiliates to lead the affiliate team, develop strategies for partner acquisition and retention, analyze performance metrics (ROI, LTV, RR), and contribute to strategic growth of the affiliate channel.

What we need

• At least 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with at least 2 years as Head of Affiliates / Deputy Head of Affiliates.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions.
• Strategic thinking, results-oriented.
• Understanding of the iGaming market specifics and partner motivation.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
