Retention Manager

An the company is looking for a Retention Manager to build a retention strategy from scratch. Responsibilities include player segmentation, developing bonus mechanics, managing VIP players, setting up CRM communications, and analyzing metrics (churn, LTV, DAU/MAU). Requires 2+ years of iGaming experience, CRM platforms, basic SQL/Excel, English or Spanish. Fully remote, salary in USD.
What we need
- 2+ years of experience in retention/CRM in iGaming
- Understanding of player lifecycle, retention psychology, and bonus economics
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Ability to work with data: segmentation in Excel/SQL at basic analyst level
- English or Spanish
- Willingness to build processes from scratch without ready-made instructions or large team
