Chat Sales Lead (iGaming, Remote)

We are looking for an attentive and proactive Chat Sales Lead to monitor local chat operators on our Asian market projects and drive team performance. Full remote, full-time.

What you'll do

• Monitor local chat operators in real-time and track their response SLA.
• Promptly ping and 'push' operators if they delay client replies.
• Communicate daily with Asian local teams to ensure high engagement and fast resolution times.

What we need

• Advanced English (B2+ spoken and written) for confident daily communication.
• High attentiveness to detail, assertiveness, and strong follow-up skills.
