Content Team Lead

We are looking for a Content Team Lead who can not only manage the team but also independently understand content, analytics, and traffic results. The role involves leading a team of content managers, building a work system, controlling KPIs, and developing a content strategy for Telegram channels in the invest/loans/binary options vertical.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of content managers
• Build a clear work system within the department
• Control deadlines, quality of task execution, and KPI achievement
• Develop a content strategy for Telegram channels considering the specifics of scheme traffic
• Come up with new formats, approaches, and content combinations to test in work
• Work with reviews, cases, native materials, and sales content
• Train content managers, provide feedback, and help the team grow

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead / Head of Content for at least 1 year
• Total content experience of at least 3 years
• Practical understanding of invest / loans / binary options verticals
• Good understanding of scheme traffic mechanics and content that drives target actions
• Ability to organize team work, distribute workload, and control results
• Ability to independently identify growth points and propose new solutions
• Proficient in photo and video editors
