The company Agents manager

We are an iGaming product actively developing in the market for over 2 years. Due to the expansion of the Payments department, we are looking for a the company Agents manager to find and attract new partners and agents in GEOs: Syria, Egypt, Somalia, Ethiopia, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Mongolia. The role involves negotiations, onboarding and support of mobile cash registers, quality control of payment channels, and analysis of partner performance.

What you'll do

• Search and attract new the company partners and agents in GEOs: Syria, Egypt, Somalia, Ethiopia, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Mongolia
• Conducting negotiations and building long-term relationships with partners
• Onboarding and support of mobile cash registers (the company)
• Quality control of payment channels and prompt resolution of emerging issues
• Maintaining reports, working with Excel and Google Sheets
• Analyzing partner performance and preparing proposals to improve metrics

What we need

• Russian — native or bilingual
• English — B1/B2 level
• Experience in finding and attracting partners and agents
• Negotiation skills and building long-term relationships
• Experience in onboarding and supporting mobile cash registers (the company)
• Quality control of payment channels
• Maintaining reports, working with Excel and Google Sheets
• Analyzing partner performance and preparing proposals to improve metrics
