Support Manager (Night Shifts)

The employer in iGaming is looking for a support manager for night shifts in a remote format. The core task is to promptly answer users of the website and social media while handling several chats at once. Full product training and colleague support are provided.

What you'll do

• Answering questions from website users and on social media
• Working with several chats simultaneously

What we need

• Excellent written communication skills
• Willingness to help website users
• Typing speed of at least 200 characters per minute
• Own equipment for remote work (PC or laptop)
