Team Lead Farm (Facebook)

The employer is looking for a strong lead for its Facebook farming direction who can farm accounts, build an efficient system and supply buyers with quality consumables. An existing farmer team is in place — the role is to strengthen processes, implement current schemes and take farming to the next level.

What you'll do

• Manage the existing farmer team and develop the farming department
• Work closely with buyers, promptly cover their needs and resolve arising issues
• Farm accounts hands-on, test and implement current schemes
• Find new farming approaches, improve account quality and extend account lifespan
• Control team efficiency and build processes around real buying needs

What we need

• Hands-on experience with Facebook farming
• Knowledge of current schemes and understanding of what actually works now
• Experience leading a team and owning the result
• Ability to get along with buyers and understand their workflow
• Proactivity, readiness to propose solutions, test hypotheses and scale successful approaches
