Recruiter (iGaming)

A large arbitration team is looking for a recruiter. You will close vacancies, partner with team leads, and help build effective teams. Expect diverse tasks, talent recognition beyond resumes, and professional growth.

What you'll do

• Active candidate sourcing on job sites and various resources
• Conducting screenings and interviews with the team lead
• Managing communication with hiring managers
• Providing reporting
• Constant search for new tools and recruitment channels
• Building candidate profiles
• Regular market research

What we need

• 1+ year experience as recruiter/HR in iGaming
• Track record of closing media buyer positions
• Understanding of traffic arbitration infrastructure
• Strong ability to assess soft and hard skills with justification
• Advanced LinkedIn search skills
• Experience sourcing candidates via Telegram, social media, and non-standard channels
• High autonomy and time management skills
• Result orientation and high motivation
