Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

An iGaming company developing its affiliate direction in international markets is looking for an Affiliate Manager. The role involves finding and developing partners, monitoring traffic quality, and analytics. Work format: remote, with one week per month in the office in Moscow.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale the company's affiliate direction
• Find, onboard, and develop new partners and traffic sources
• Maintain daily communication with partners and support campaign launches
• Coordinate marketing activities and monitor fulfillment of agreements
• Work with offers, creatives, and ad placements
• Analyze traffic performance and prepare regular reports
• Monitor affiliate traffic quality and detect fraud
• Monitor the market, competitors, and new opportunities for affiliate network growth

What we need

• 2-3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in an iGaming product
• Understanding of various traffic sources and their specifics
• Experience in attracting and scaling webmasters
• Traffic analytics skills and experience with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.)
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships
• Independence, result orientation, proactivity
