Affiliate Manager

The employer is looking for an affiliate manager to onboard and develop webmasters, traffic-arbitrage and SEO teams, launch and scale traffic with quality control and anti-fraud. Remote work only from the EU, GEO: Latam, CIS, RU, UZ, compensation is fix + KPI. Priority is given to candidates ready to launch traffic within the first 2–3 weeks.

What you'll do

• Onboarding and developing webmasters, traffic-arbitrage and SEO teams
• Launching and scaling traffic
• Traffic quality control and anti-fraud
• Analytics of ROI, LTV, CR and EPC

What we need

• Experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Proficiency with Keitaro and BI tools
• Russian — native
• English — B2 or higher
• Readiness to launch traffic within the first 2–3 weeks
