Promo Bonus Manager

What you'll do

• Launch and optimize promotions, bonuses, and player retention systems
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness
• Monitor key metrics (RR, ARPU, LTV, ROI, GGR/NGR)

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming (Promo/Bonus/CRM/Retention)
• Experience working with multiple GEOs simultaneously (Tier-1, Tier-2, LATAM)
• Understanding of bonus economics and basic antifraud principles
