Recruiter/HR Manager

A strong traffic arbitrage team is looking for an experienced recruiter to fully manage vacancies, conduct initial interviews, interact with departments, actively use AI tools, and report. Ideal candidate: recruiter/HR with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the financial vertical, knowledgeable in various approaches to closing vacancies, responsible, and ready to deliver high results. The offer includes fully remote work, flexible schedule, salary twice a month (fixed + %) via TRC20.
