A strong traffic arbitrage team is looking for an experienced recruiter to handle full-cycle recruitment, initial interviews, and cross-department collaboration. Requires experience in the financial vertical.

What you'll do

• Full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to employee onboarding
• Initial interviews
• Collaboration with the team and other departments throughout all stages
• Active use of AI tools
• Reporting on completed work

What we need

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a recruiter/HR in the financial vertical
• Knowledge and application of various recruitment approaches
• Responsibility, punctuality, literacy
• Readiness to deliver high results
