Commercial Director (CCO)

The employer is an international digital company in iGaming. We are looking for a Commercial Director to manage and develop the commercial function. The role offers high autonomy and remote work.

What you'll do

• Development and optimization of the commercial function, managing and strengthening a team of 10–20 people
• Working with key traffic acquisition and monetization channels
• Scaling current areas and launching new ones
• Participating in shaping growth strategy

What we need

• Experience as a Commercial Director in performance/affiliate environment
• Excellent knowledge of various traffic sources and geos in iGaming
• Experience managing distributed teams
• Strategic thinking combined with operational involvement
