Senior Affiliate Manager / Affiliate Team Lead

The employer is looking for Senior Affiliate Managers and Affiliate Team Leads with strong iGaming/gambling experience and a drive to grow international GEOs. The role involves sourcing, onboarding and developing affiliate partners, working with RevShare/CPA/Hybrid/Fixed models, and scaling the partner network. Fully remote with a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Source, onboard and develop affiliate partners
• Grow international GEOs
• Work with RevShare / CPA / Hybrid / Fixed models
• Work with influencer traffic and other affiliate/traffic sources
• Track key metrics and traffic quality
• Scale the partner network and manage a team

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming / gambling
• Hands-on experience with at least one GEO: CIS / Africa / Asia
• Experience sourcing, onboarding and developing affiliate partners
• Understanding of RevShare / CPA / Hybrid / Fixed models
• Experience with influencer traffic and other affiliate/traffic sources
• Understanding of key metrics and traffic quality
