Motion/Graphic Designer

The company (the company) is looking for a Motion/Graphic Designer to create creatives with high CTR and conversion. Requires video editing experience and basic static design skills. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Creating creatives that deliver CTR and conversion

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in video editing (Premiere Pro)
• Basic static design skills (Figma / Photoshop)
• Understanding of performance: hooks, retention, dynamics
• Ability to work independently and result-oriented
• Openness to feedback and revisions

Nice to have

• Skills in After Effects
